Kelly is from eastern North Carolina. She received her nursing degree from Southeastern Community College. Kelly assists and helps coordinate dermatology and cosmetic procedures under Dr. Hendricks's supervision. She performs Botox, Juvederm, Resytlane, Thermage, and other cosmetic treatments. She is trained in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).

Kelly is trained in the latest cosmetic procedures. Her recent meetings have included the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting in February 2008 and the Aesthetic Medicine Conference in June 2008.
